Photooxygenation of olefins, phenol, and sulfide using fullerodendrimer as catalyst
Fullerodendrimer acts as a new catalyst that uses oxygen and light to generate singlet oxygen (O-1(2)). The dendrimer facilitates various types of singlet oxygenation reactions including ene reaction, the Diels-Alder reaction, and oxidation of phenol and sulfide.
