Preparation and photocurrent generation of nanostructured SnO2 films chemically modified with mono-substituted C-60-malonic acid
Mono-substituted C-60-malonic acid (C60C(COOH)(2)) was chemically adsorbed on nanostructured SnO2 electrodes prepared by spincoating ITO substrates with a SnO2 colloidal suspension followed by thermal annealing at 673 K for I h. The photocurrent of the film in a redox electrolyte (I-3(-)/I-) was observed under visible light irradiation or simulated AM1.5G solar irradiation.
