Thioglycolic acid-assisted solvothermal synthesis of CuInS2 with controllable microstructures
A facile solvothermal approach assisted by thioglycolic acid (TGA) was developed to control the morphologies and microstructures of CuInS2. Furthermore, the band gap of the CuInS2 microspheres was tunable in the range of 1.50-1.76 eV, depending on the synthetic conditions.
