Transition-metal-doped ZnO nanowire arrays embedded in anodic alumina membrane by a sol precipitation method
We report the synthesis of transition-metal (Co2+)-doped ZnO nanowire arrays embedded in anodic alumina membrane (AAM) by a sol precipitation method. The direct synthetic method ensures the successful doping of cobalt in the ZnO nanocrystals and exhibiting bivalent state.
