A premise for existence of fire hazard and explosive danger in the technological manual of receiving of participation of organic raw materials and the fine dustfigurative condition of the products is defined. Therefore, additional investigations to determine some more important indixes of the thermal decomposition of the substances, conditions of the fire hazard and causes for arising of explosives and fires are taken. The results of the thermal analysis show raw materials and products content burning substances. By mans of IR-spectral analysis carboxylic, aldehydic and amine (amide) groups in the composition of materials were found. The complex and variable composition of these substances make difficult an exact definition of the composition of the utmost products as well as the thermal parameters and causes for arising of explosives and fires.
