Sb2S3 semiconductor-septum rechargeable storage cell
n-Sb2S3 thin films were deposited using spray pyrolysis technique from non-aqueous medium. The semiconductor-septum (SC-SEP) storage cell is fabricated with the configuration \ C \ 0.5 M Polyiodide \ n-Sb2S3 \ Ti parallel to 0.1 M Fe(CN)(6)(4-)/Fe(CN)(6)(3-) \ C \. The charging and discharging modes are studied and discussed. It was found that the storage of chemical energy in the semiconductor-septum cell is possible by using Sb2S3 electrode.
