The influence of the C-60-toluene derivative as a hole-transporting layer on the copper phthalocyanine multilayer films
The influence of the C-60-toluene derivative on photoconductivity of the copper phthalocyanine (CuPc)-C-60 films is studied. The result show that the photoconductivity of the films added with C-60-toluene derivative layer has increased by one order of magnitude in several seconds. The derivative be used serves as a hole-transporting layer according to the data of UV-Vis analyses, fluorescence spectra and cyclic voltammograms. (C) 2003 Published by Elsevier B.V.
