Growth of single crystals (Ca,Sr)(10)Cu17O29 by "melted band" method from Bi-containing fluxes and formation of subsidiary phases
The series of (M2CU2O3)(m)(CUO2)(n) (M = Ca,Sr,Bi, m = 5, n = 7) single crystals was grown and investigated by XRD structural and phase analysis. The temperature regimes for the formation of the main and subsidiary phases were specified.
