Solvothermal synthesis of antimony nanowire bundles, tube-groove-like nanostructures and dendrites
Sb aligned-nanowire bundles, tube-groove-like nanostructures and dendrites have been prepared via a low-temperature solvothermal metal-reduction route. It is found that solvent, reaction temperature and time play important roles in the morphology control of the final Sb products. The possible orientated aggregation growth mechanism was proposed for the formation of these three kinds of Sb nanocrystals with typical morphologies. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
