Construction principles for multi-beam microwave power amplifier tubes with distributed transverse-extended interaction, using fea electron source
Construction principles for a low-voltage vacuum electronic microwaves average-power amplifier for millimeter waves with distributed transverse-extended interaction between an electron flow and the electromagnetic wave field are discussed which is based on multi-beam electron-optical systems containing matrix field emitter arrays.
