Polaronic states in II-VI quantum dot
In self-assembled quantum dots, the strong electron-phonon interaction should lead to some polaron effects in optical spectra (absorption and Raman scattering). We study the influence of the longitudinal optical phonons on polaron formation in CdS/ZnS self-assembled quantum dots. (C) 2004 Published by Elsevier B.V.
