구리이온 가교화 알긴산 막의 역삼투
Reverse Osmosis of Alginic Acid-Copper(Ⅱ) Complex Membranes
초록
알긴산나트륨을 물에 녹여 6wt%수용액을 만들고 이를 유리판위에 일정두께로 부은 후 상온에서 완전건조시켰다. 그후 Cu(NO3)2·3H3O 수용액에 침지시켜 구리이온가교화 알긴산막을 제조하였다. 실험결과로부터 역삼투특성은 Donnan 배제이론과 잘 일치하고 있었으며 이러한 막은 저농도의 탈염에 적합하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 60기압, 막두께 29㎛에서 0.01M NaCl의 경우 88%의 rejection과 8.9×10-3cc/min·cm2의 flux를 나타냈다.
Aqueous 6 wt% sodium alginate solution was prepared, which was cast onto glass plate and dried under constant temp. After this, the glass plate covered with the sodium alginate membrane was dipped into aqueous Cu(NO3)2·3H2O solution in order to prepare alginic acid-copper(Ⅱ) complex membrane. From the reverse osmosis experiments of these membranes. permeation characteristics of ionic solution were consistent with Donnas exclusion principle and these membranes were suitable for the desalination of low concentration salt solution. The membrane of 29㎛ thickness had a salt rejection of 88% and flux of about 8.0×10-3ml,/min·cm2 at 60 atm in 0.01 M NaCl solution.
