초록
Dimethylsiloxane과 L-leucine으로 합성한 공중합체, blendmer, 단일 중합체의 혈액 적합성 과 표면현상을 검토해 보았다. Polydimethylsiloxane은 n-butyllithium을 개시제로 hexame thylcyclotrisiloxane을 개환중합으로 합성하였다. 공중합체는 클로로포름중에서 아민말단 polydime thylsiloxane으로 L-leucine N-carboxyanhydride(NCA)를 개환중합하여 합성하였다. 혈액 적합성 실험은 microsphere column법과 Lee-White법으로 하였다. 고분자 표면에서의 혈소판 거동을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰하였으며 유출된 잔류 혈소판수를 Coulter Counter로 측정하였다.
Blood compatibility and surface property has been studied for copolymer, blendmer and homopolymer composed of dimethylsiloxane and L-leucine. Polydime thylsiloxane was synthesized by ring opening polymerization of hexamethyl cyclotrisiloxane with n-butyllithium as an initiator. Block copolymer was prepared by ring opening polymerization of L-leucine NCA with amine terminated polydimethylsiloxane in chloroform. The microsphere column method and Lee-White method were used for the evaluation of blood compatibility. The behavior of platelet on the polymer surface was investigated by SEM. and the average number of eluted platelet through the column was measured by Coulter Counter.
