Quantum transport in carbon nanotubes
A survey will be given on selected experiments showing evidence of quantum transport in carbon nanotubes. The phenomena involve electron confinement. single electron effects and Coulomb-Blockade, Kondo-physics, conductance quantisation, Aharonov-Bohm effect, phase breaking in ballistic transport. and magnetochiral anisotropy.
