Comments on "A closed form expression for punch-through limited breakdown voltage of parallel-plane junction"
Some points preposed in Solid-State Electron. [43 (1999) 503] have been further discussed and the calculation of the punch-through limited breakdown voltage of the parallel-plane junction has been examined based on the different models.
