Study on ZnSnO3 sensitive material based on combustible gases
In this paper. ZnSnO2 material prepared,kith stet synthesis call be used as a gas-sensing material is reported. The sensors of agglomerate type were prepared with ZnSnO3 Material and adulterants. Such as noble metals and metal oxides. The experimental results show that the sensors reveal high sensitivity for the detection of combustible gases. and have high selectivity for different gases through the Selection of adulterants and the improvement of technology.
