Global optimization for prediction of blend composition of gasolines of desired octane number and properties
An artificial neural network (ANN) model has been developed to predict research octane number (RON) of motor gasoline and compared with a multiple linear regression (MLR) model available in the literature. Further a global optimization technique has been applied to predict probable composition of blends with desired RON and specified properties. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
