Experimental studies have been performed to find the biogas generation capacity of each of the different animal wastes like cow dung, buffalo dung, camel dung, horse dung, etc. without and with different amounts of Mg catalyst. A comparative study has also been made to find the maximum amount of biogas that can be generated by each of the above waste materials for an optimum value of Mg catalyst.
