Polydimethylsiloxane-g-poly (γ-methyl-L-glutamate)의 합성과 성질에 관한 연구
Synthesis and Characterization of Polydimethylsiloxane-g-poly (γ-methy1-L-glutamate)
초록
Polydimethylsiloxane-g-poly(γ-methyl-L-glutamate)을 합성하여 FTIR, DSC, TGA, X-ray 회절 분석기로 성질을 조사하였다. 합성한 공중합체는 polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)영역과 poly(y-methyl-L-glutamate)(PMG)영역의 두가지 상으로 분리되어 있으며 PMG연쇄는 β-구조를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 TGA와 적외선분광분석 결과 PMG부분이 먼저 분해되는 것을 확인 하였다. 중합체에 대한 용매의 흡수율을 조사한 결과 용해성 파라미터가 PDMS와 비슷한 용매의 흡수율이 높았으며 특히 극성이 있는 THF경우 높은 흡수율을 나타내었다. 또한 극성이 큰 용매의 경우 흡수율은 낮았지만 PMG의 함량이 증가하면 흡수율도 증가하였다
Polydimethylsiloxane-g-poly(γ-methyl-L-glutamate) was prepared and characterized by FTIR, OSC, TGA and X-ray diffractometer. The copolymer has the two separated phases which consist of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and poly(γ-methyl-L-glutamate)(PMG) domains. The PMG chain in the copolymer shows β-pleated structure. The TGA curves and IR data confirmed that PMG in the copolymer was degraded first. The solvent whose solubility parameter(δ) is similiar to that of PDMS is absorbed much more into the copolymer. THF which has polarity is the most absorbed solvent of them. As increasing of the content of PDMS In the copolymer, the sorption of the polar solvent was decreased and that of nonpolar solvent was increased.
