An electrochemical glucose-sensing chip is developed based on a capillary-assembled microchip (CAs-CHIP) technique, which involves the simple assemblage of square capillaries possessing anti -interferential, glucose-sensing and electrochemical- detecting functions in poly(dimethylsitoxane) micro-channels.
