Exact solutions for the capacitance of space charge regions at semiconductor interfaces

General mathematical expressions on capacitance behavior of space charge regions at semiconductor interfaces are presented. They lead to an analytical solution for the capacitance of a n-type Schottky diode. (C) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
