FTO 기판 및 TiO2 층의 두께에 따른 염료감응형 태양전지의 효율 연구
Study of efficiency in dye-sensitized solar cells on FTO substrate and TiO2 layer thickness
Effect of FTO substrate thickness and TiO2 thin film thickness on efficiencies in dye- sensitized solar cell has been investigated. The conversion efficiency of 3.4 % for 1mm- thick substrate is improved to 4.3% when 2mm - thick substrate is used. And the conversion efficiency of 4.3% for lOμm - thick TiO2 layer is improved to 4.9% when 21μm-thick TiO2 layer is coated. lmprovement of efficiency on 의 substrate and TiO2 layer thickness are associate with the quantily and wavelength of transmitted light.
