PROPERTIES OF COAL AND PETROLEUM VACUUM RESIDUE FOR COPROCESSING
After a review and basic experiments in the 1. section, and an evaluation of composition influences from a sixfold reseparated VR and a brown-coal pretreated in three steps, in section 2, the third section evaluates the influences of the process parameters for 410-460-degrees-C and residence times from 0 to 60 min but constant initial hydrogen pres-sure of 12 MPa. Obviously 435-degrees-C and a residence time up to 30 min are best for a combination of the original VR or a heavier VR and the coal sample pretreated at 250-degrees-C.
