Total vapour pressure measurements made by the modified static method for the ternary system cyclohexane-methanol-hexane at 313.15K are presented. Different expressions for G(E) suitable for correlation of these data are tested; the constituent binary systems cyclohexane-methanol, cyclohexane-hexane and methanol-hexane, published previously, are also discussed from the point of view of the present measurements for the ternary system. The prediction of ternary VLE from constituent binaries is studied.
