Concentration-Dependence of Viscosity in the Ternary-System Poly(Vinylidenefluoride)-Water-N,N-Dimethylformamide at 20-Degrees-C
Viscosity measurements were carried out on the ternary system poly(vinylidenefluoride)-water-N,N-dimethylformamide and the effective intrinsic viscosity computed. A numerical analysis has shown that for this system a power law is valid throughout the whole range of dilute solution. The consequences of this are discussed. The results are generalized by introducing the parameter C[eta].
