This study was carried out to treat the dye wastewater by using electrochemical method which used titanium mesh coated with IrO2 electrodes. Aqueous C.I. Acid Orange 7 solutions prepared in 1000mg/L NaCI were used as dye samples. Decolorization and degradation of the dye were followed using UV-Vis spectroscopy. The effect of NaCI concentration, current density and initial pH on the removal of CI Acid orange 7 was discussed.
