New energetic inorganic materials composed of 1,3-diazido-2-(azidomethyl)-2-propylammonium salts have been fully characterized by IR, H-1, C-13, and N-15 NMR spectroscopy and by elemental analyses, as well as single crystal X-ray diffraction. In addition, the heats of formation and detonation pressures and velocities were calculated.
