Efficient and environment friendly use of coal
Coal consists mainly of carbon-rich aromatic nuclei with longer or shorter hydrogen-rich branches. During the thermal process, the reaction rate varies with the coal conversion or reaction type (e.g., combustion, gasification). It is better for coal to be processed following different steps, according to optimum reaction kinetics. For industrial use, the cogeneration technology (syngas-electric power, etc.) is chosen.
