Structure of streams in selective treatment of lube oils in an extraction column. Mathematical modeling
Modeling the hydrodynamics of stationary phase interaction showed that with an increase in the flow rate of the disperse phase at a fixed drop diameter, the interfacial surface increases proportionally up to a certain limit - transition from dropwise condensation to the flow mode. Three versions of formation of a two-phase structure of the streams in the extraction column in dynamic conditions in dispersion of one of the phases were analyzed. It was found that a stream structure with the most developed interface of the continuous disperse phases is formed in an extraction column with contacting equipment in the form of gauze packing with turbulizers.
