Characterization of High-pressure-induced Murine Erythroleukemia Cell Apoptosis by Proton Spin-Lattice Relaxation Times of Intracellular Water
In high-pressure-induced apoptosis, the state of intracellular water was examined by measuring proton spin-lattice relaxation time of water. At the early stage of apoptosis, bound water increased owing to water efflux, whereas free water increased due to its influx at the late stage.
