We fabricated epitaxial Y0.225Sr0.775CoO3-delta (YSCO) thin films on single-crystal (100) and (111) SrTiO3, (100) LaAlO3, and (111) MgO substrates by pulsed laser deposition. These YSCO thin films showed differently strained structures as well as various surface morphologies. Room temperature ferromagnetism was observed in YSCO thin films on (111) SrTiO3 and MgO substrates.
