FURTHER REMARKS ON THE ANALOGY BETWEEN STOICHIOMETRY AND DIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS - THE VALUATION OPERATION
The hierarchy in stoichiometry is contrasted with that in dimensional analysis, underlying the analogy between the respective concepts based on the same algebraic structure. Further, the valuation operation is defined for both hierarchies leading to the simple statement that Hess＇ law in thermochemistry has its counterpart in dimensional analysis.
