A short review of world - wide reports about experimental and practical results of magnetic water treatment is given and theoretical explanation of magneto-hydrodynamic effects on natural waters, such as modifications of CaCO3 crystallization, accelerated coagulation and accelerated growing old of water dispersion, is proposed.
