Non-linear mass transfer in gas-liquid systems
In the present work an asymptotic theory is proposed for multicomponent mass transfer in gas-liquid system, in cases when one of the components induces a secondary Bow on the boundary layer as a result of its large gradient of concentration. The problem is solved in the approximation of the diffusion. Mutual effect of the separate components is demonstrated in cases of intensive mass transfer between phases.
