Hybrid monomer, 4-(1-propenyl)oxybutyl group acrylate, with cationic and free radical polymerizable group was synthesized. Real-time Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to monitor the photopolymerization kinetics of the monomer. Photopolymerization processing conditions, such as light intensity, photoinitiator concentrations have been evaluated.
