On the constrained controllability of linear time-varying discrete systems
In this paper, the authors study the constrained complete controllability to the origin of various classes of time-varying discrete-time systems under an assumption of a Kalman-type uniform controllability. They will give sufficient conditions for complete controllability fur both stable and unstable systems. The admissible controllers considered assume values in the unit balls of the sequence spaces l(P).
