In-Situ High-Temperature Studies of Diblock Copolymer Structural Evolution
We present the results of imaging cylinder-forming poly(styrene-block-methyl methacrylate) diblock copolymer at temperatures high enough to show polymer domains evolving. Atomic force microscopy movies of morphological polymer evolution are analyzed to shed light on the formation of domains as well as the mechanism which drives their subsequent development, such as spatial domain wall fluctuations.
