A facile method to prepare MoS2 with nanoflower-like morphology
MoS2 with different morphologies was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The combined techniques of X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray spectrum, field emission scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, Raman spectra and thermal analysis in air were used for characterization of the as-obtained MoS2. Effects of aging period on the morphology were investigated. The particles grew more spherical with aging period prolonging and flowers were obtained at much longer aging period.
