Luminol-H2O2-Nanosilver 화학발광 시스템을 사용한 Cysteine의 정량
Determination of Cysteine using Luminol-H2O2-Nanosilver Chemiluminescence System
A chemiluminescent method with silver nanoparticles for determination of cysteine has been presented. Silver nanoparticle highly increased chemiluminescence intensity of lumimol-H2O2 system by its catalytic role. The silver nanoparticle enhanced chemiluminescent method is applicable for the determination of an amino acid such as cysteine. When cysteine was introduced to the lumimol system with silver nanoparticles, chemiluminescence intensity was reduced with the concentration of the added cysteine. Low concentrated cysteine solutions in the range of 1 × 10^(-3) - 1 × 10^(-7) M were produced reduced chemiluminescence intensity of lumimol-H2O2 silver nanoparticle system.
