A new 3-D graphical representation of protein primary sequences has been proposed. It is graphed on the surface area of a unit sphere which is divided into 20 latitude-like circles to represent 20 amino acids and n longitude-like semi-circles to represent all residues. It is accompanied with no loss of information. A good visualization has been introduced through our sphere's center view. Then, a protein profile has been introduced which consists of these 20 latitude-like circles. Finally, a new protein descriptor has been obtained by collecting 20 proposed amino acids descriptors.
