Further Results on Global Controllability of Planar Nonlinear Systems
The global controllability of a class of planar affine nonlinear systems with perturbation is investigated. It has been proven that the systems can still hold their global controllability under the perturbation which can be dominated by a function of state and vanishes when control input is zero.
