Epitaxial CdTe Rods on Au/Si Islands from a Molecular Compound
Formation of unusual CdTe rods on Si/SiO2 and gold coated Si/SiO2 surfaces is reported from chemical vapor deposition of Cd[((TePPr2)-Pr-i)(2)N](2).
