Solid-State Processing of Organic Semiconductors
Recognizing that molecular mobility in the solid state of a broad range of organic semiconductors allows for major rearrangement of the constituent molecules, this study illustrates that such interesting species can, therefore, be processed at temperatures well below their melting points without the need for solvents or to create a vapor phase.
