SLIP FLOW IN DOUBLY CONNECTED DUCTS
The slip flows in a polygonal duct with a circular core and in an eccentric annular duct are studied by eigenfunction expansion and point match. It is found that the velocity distributions are quite different from those of no-slip flow. The resistance (Poisueille number) decreases dramatically with increased slip.
