Resource Efficiency and Resource Innovations-How do we Stand with the Resource of Education?
The skills which commercial companies require of new employees, be it school leavers or university graduates, are often beyond the scope of conventional education. Though it is told that education is an important resource in Germany hardly anyone deals with motivation and learning efficiency. TheoPrax aims to change this, and has been working in this field for 14 years. The balance of passive frontal teaching and active elements, including project work in a real-life context, leads to higher learning efficiency with parallel emphasis on key competences.
