Copper Winning from Metallurgical Slags
Slags can not longer be treated as waste. But they are not recognized as raw material for getting valuable materials. Using copper as an example it is shown in which way a production slag can be cleaned. It is possible to obtain lower amounts of residual materials in the slags by injection of reducers in the slag or by increscent of the precipitation through coagulation by magnetic stirring of slag melt.
