First evidence of che LIESST effect in a Langmuir-Blodgett film
The LIESST effect has been observed for an iron(II) compound organized in Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) architecture. Both the LIESST population and relaxation are faster for the LB film than for the powder. These results can be related to the high optical quality of the LB films and the intensity pressure effect induced by the surroundings.
