Lower left triangular interactors are used in multivariable control systems. However, since the triangular form is not essential for a polynomial matrix to be an interactor, in this note we will focus our attention on the more general class of interactors and their properties. It will be shown that interactors of this general class and the state equation of the inverted ’interactorized’ closed loop system are invariant under a state feedback.
