Simultaneous deadbeat-tracking control of three plants: multivariable case
The design algorithm for simultaneous deadbeat-tracking control of three multi-input multi-output plants is developed, presenting the design of a two-degree-of-freedom controller such that a closed-loop system can simultaneously achieve deadbeat-tracking responses for three different plants. A two-degree-of-freedom parametrized controller has been employed to obtain the simultaneous deadbeat-tracking control design, which comprises simultaneous asymptotical-tracking feedback controller and simultaneous deadbeat-tracking prefilter designs. The conditions for applicability of this method are given and the algorithm for systematic design of this two-degree-of-freedom controller is proposed, such that simultaneous deadbeat-tracking control of three multi-input multi-output plants is attained. A numerical example is also presented to illustrate the design method.
