Growth of Vapor Bubbles in Boiling Polymer-Solutions .1. Rheological and Diffusional Effects
Effects of elastic viscosity and diffusion resistance during the growth of vapour bubbles in a superheated polymer solution are investigated. Based on the approximate solutions of the equations of interphase interaction, the influence of the relaxation behaviour of a fluid, diffusion phenomena and thermodynamic non-ideality of the solution on the rate of the expansion of vapour bubbles is analysed.
